We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Spa Physician Specialist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing top-notch medical services to guests on board our luxury cruise ships.
About the Role:
- Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on aesthetic medical solutions, addressing guest concerns and needs.
- Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote spa services and products, gaining knowledge of our offerings to effectively cross-promote.
- Review and approve service/treatment plans organized by the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Be punctual for appointments and provide consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments according to OneSpaWorld protocols.
- Conduct patient follow-up as required and be flexible with scheduling to support the needs of the spa and guests.
- Properly care for equipment, manage product/supplies, and follow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorld.
- Complete Medical Records prior to all services and maintain accurate records for 2 years (3 years on Cunard and P&O).
- Cross-promote other spa services, uphold sanitation and sterilization standards, and maintain a positive attitude contributing to a quality work environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a current valid medical license and board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred.
- Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups and possess excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work without direct supervision, actively promoting services to guests, and being a team player.

- A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
