Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive On Premise business growth and increase brand presence in the region.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Musketeers to achieve business objectives, provide training and coaching, and ensure a high-performing team.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with regional business units, including Off Premise and Culture, and ensure effective communication with the National On Premise Manager.
- Event Activation: Ensure premium On Premise activation and High 5 execution at third-party and Red Bull events, and monitor customer incentives.
- Area Management: Plan and develop the regional business plan, secure the implementation of the national business plan, and manage team to drive horizontal and vertical growth.
- Administration: Manage the regional On Premise budget, keep records of Musketeer activities, and fulfill report deadlines.
- On Premise Marketing: Develop the regional On Premise marketing strategy and locate offset financial contributions with added value solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Permanent, full-time position.
