We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager II to join our Microsoft 365 Core Experiences team. As a Product Manager II, you will play a critical role in shaping the user journey and driving product success. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and delight our users.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and Track Success Criteria: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to garner support for product initiatives.
- Gather Customer Requirements: Assess market demand and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Ideate and Plan Product Strategy: Develop a product strategy for feature/product areas, working closely with engineering, design, user research, and customer success teams.
- Develop Product Roadmaps: Convert business needs into technical specifications for engineers and facilitate usability reviews with customers.
- Champion Usability and Accessibility: Ensure that every feature is inclusive and available to all users.
- Define Success Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in product/program management or software development.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to learn quickly, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions. Experience in engaging with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
- Skills and Qualifications: Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members. Demonstrable leadership abilities, expert at managing tight deadlines, and experience driving generative AI-based solutions.
