Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to drive high performance in all operations teams, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead a culture of zero accidents and prevention, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ongoing optimization of our manufacturing footprint to meet customer needs and deliver quality products with high service levels.
  • Analyze data to inform business cases for strategic initiatives and drive decision-making.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects such as product moves, facility re-layouts, and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and materials to implement pull replenishment strategies.
  • Develop best practices across sites and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years' experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant manager role or direct staff level.
  • Extensive knowledge of operations, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and international trade compliance.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working directly with customers and partners.
  • Strong proficiency in project and program management approaches and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and executives.
  • Proven problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct plant management experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Managed multiple sites and achieved significant results.
  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • HVACR Industry and/or Electronics Experience.
  • High volume manufacturing experience dealing with OEMs.
  • Six sigma black belt or similar certification.
