**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Account for accruals and prepayment, ensuring timely submission of P&L and balance sheet.
  • Review and analyze Trial Balance, highlighting significant problem areas for the Financial Manager.
  • Account for and reconcile inter-company transactions.
  • Provide cost center reports in a timely manner, including narrative to pre-empt functional managers\u0027 questions.
  • Support the Financial Manager with general tasks and responsibilities.
  • Review and report weekly Financial Indicators to Corporate.
  • Follow up on issues raised during month-end, investigate, and close off.
  • Liaise with internal customers regarding GL account code needs, implementing training as required.
  • Schedule leasing costs on a month-to-month basis, explaining differences.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor\u0027s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil\u0027s software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
