About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Cognizant, a leading digital services provider. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our clients' digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium to large-scale engagements, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Manage and grow digital reports, including UX Designer and Visual Designer teams.
  • Develop and evaluate design concepts, conduct primary research, and collaborate on research plans.
  • May manage direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance, and contribute to the sales process.
  • Design and facilitate team and client workshops, project phases, and client goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in user-centered design, with a portfolio demonstrating proven experience.
  • Significant UX design experience in web and digital product environments.
  • Strong skills in information architecture, task flows, mental models, and conceptual design.
  • Ability to translate conceptual design into low-fidelity UI wireframes and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with latest design tools, such as Figma, Axure, Invision, and Sketch.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
