Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Colegio Peterson is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our school and attract new students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and promote the school's strengths and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective parents, the community, feeder schools, and media outlets to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with a team of marketing and communications professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, posters, videos, and social media content, to effectively communicate the school's offerings and engage with target audiences.
  • Help plan and organize various events, such as open houses, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives, to attract new students and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Help develop and execute PR initiatives across digital and offline channels to enhance the school's brand awareness and manage relationships with media outlets for positive coverage.
  • Help manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gather insights into parent needs, and propose innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure clear and accurate communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expert proficiency in English.
  • University degree in a related field.
