- Participation in multiple OSM projects with integrations to CRM, billing, inventory management, workforce management, and activation systems.
- Strong implementation skills in OSM, including orchestration, data dictionary, order modeling, decomposition, fulfillment patterns, workflows, order change management, OSM administrator client, design studio cartridge modeling, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Solid understanding of Oracle RODOD and RSDOD solutions.
- Familiarity with TMF and eTOM processes.
- Experience in WebLogic Administration.
- Proficient in UNIX/LINUX environments and shell scripting.
- Ability to analyze OSM and WebLogic server logs, providing system integration support and tuning of WebLogic and OSM applications.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSS domains including wireless, cable, DSL, VoIP, pots, and IPTV.
- Played a developer or technical lead role in at least two OSM implementations.
- Worked with SOA, AIA, and PIPS in the communications industry, including O2A cartridges.
- Experience in both standalone and high availability (HA) cluster installations of OSM.
- Good skill in JAVA, J2EE, SOAP, HTTP, SSH, TCP/IP, TELNET, CORBA, RMI, LDAP, JMS, SSL, SNMP, SQL, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, Drools, WebLogic Administration, Bridging and SAF configurations, Oracle RDBMS, PLSQL programming.
- Soft skills: open to learning and adopting best development practices, excellent communication skills, availability throughout the entire working hours, strong team collaboration skills.
