Job Overview
This opportunity involves being part of the asset management team responsible for a strong portfolio of hotels across Mexico and Costa Rica.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hotel performance and conduct analytical work related to operations.
- Complete regular property reviews and participate in owner meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and memos summarizing hotel performance for stakeholders.
- Improve hotel performance through analysis and development of strategies to maximize revenues and minimize expenses.
- Evaluate annual business plans and budgets, including capital expenditures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market factors affecting hotel portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with management and franchise contracts.
- Collaborate in creating best practices for other asset managers.
Requirements
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in hotel management, real estate, or private equity firms. Specific experience in asset management is desired. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is required. Strong analytical, management, and numerical skills are essential. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required, and availability to travel is necessary.
