About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the market.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job descriptions that meet those needs.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a matrix organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
