We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our growing engineering function in Mexico City. If you have a strong technical background, 5+ years of software development experience, and a passion for leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Owning the engineering roadmap and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring high-performing software development teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Instilling best practices for software development, ensuring designs meet requirements, and delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with peers to prioritize features, drive planning meetings, and work efficiently to deliver value to customers.
  • Developing scalable and robust SaaS and PaaS solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Providing expert guidance to global clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Growing and developing the Mexico-based engineering team, implementing hiring plans, and driving career development strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills in object-oriented design and development, with experience in languages such as Java,.NET, C#, Python, Ruby, or C++.
  • An ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and drive project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and cloud computing concepts.
