Role Overview

The Market Quality Manager role at Marriott International is a key position responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that align with the company's mission and brand standards. This involves ensuring that all aspects of the business meet customer needs, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster continuous improvement.

About the Role

This position champions the Quality function and builds support for change across the organization. As a leader, you will coach managers to adopt a Total Quality Management leadership style and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and brand standards.

You will make informed decisions to drive property performance and direct quality efforts to address critical customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist in regional and/or company-wide implementation of best practices and facilitate process improvement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
  • Analyze issues and identify trends to inform decision-making.
  • Facilitate process improvement teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to promote quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000, depending on location and experience. Marriott International offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
