Responsibilities

• Lead the development and testing of digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development or test automation experience.

• 3+ years of experience in hybrid mobile (iOS/Android) and web test automation.

• Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development.

• Experience with Agile testing methodologies and best practices.

• Commanding knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

• Working knowledge of programming languages beyond C#, Java, C or C++ (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl).

• Coding experience in automation testing framework, tools services.

• Experience with high throughput cloud native distributed systems.

• Strong experience of QA methodology and tools with demonstratable experience in Software engineering in Test (SET) role.
