**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Sr. Quality Assurance Systems Engineer** to join our team at Sensata Technologies in Mexicali. As a key member of our Quality Management Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and assessment of demand forecasts for designated product categories.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the preparation for IATF certification and ensure compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for improving internal and external quality/manufacturing processes.
- Define, organize, and manage the plant's internal audit system and corrective action reporting system.
- Maintain the internal audit schedule, including follow-up and post-audit activities.
- Supervise and coordinate QMS teams (Document Control, Calibration, Metrology, LPA) and ensure compliance under your responsibilities.
- Define and maintain the Quality Manuals and Procedures, ensuring their contents are appropriate for the company.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), write reports, and present progress at project meetings and to top management.
- Participate in customer visits and audits as required.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administrative Science, or related fields.
- +3 years' experience as Lead Auditor in an Automotive company.
- Strong interpretation of IATF requirements, specs, and technical writing.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Layered Process Audits (LPA), Core Tools, Problem Solving.
- Provide solutions to a variety of QMS problems of different scope and complexity.
- English (advanced).
