About the Role

The Supply Chain Demand Planning Analyst will provide critical support in updating reports and maintaining master data within our system. You'll collaborate closely with our Demand Analyst team to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and contribute to efficient demand analytics management.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can assist in creating, maintaining, and updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting data visualization and presentation of demand trends for team review.
  • Performing routine data cleansing and ensuring consistency across different datasets.
  • Ensuring correct integration of master data between systems.
  • Working closely with the Demand Analyst team to understand reporting requirements and master data needs.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to report generation, data entry, and master data management processes.

Achieving these objectives will require collaboration with the Demand Analyst team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for updating reports.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with demand planning and supply chain concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
