We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Test Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team in Guadalajara, North.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate electronic engineering and technical personnel in the fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Analyze and interpret test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing problems and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support testing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new testing approaches and tools.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced LabVIEW skills.
- Experience with test stands and DFT (Design for Testability) Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, including digital, analog, and RF.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or Java/Node.
- Fluent English language skills (80% or higher).
- Ability to travel to support other sites (30% or less).
- Current Visa.
