Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with process champions and leaders to ensure effective integrated business planning (IBP) across all functions.
  • Provide holistic counsel to the category or business unit president to drive the right behaviors across the organization.
  • Co-champion the integrated reconciliation and/or IBP management business review process to proactively address issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership capability and interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with multiple functions.
  • Experience implementing new business processes and driving organization change.
  • Broad functional experience or knowledge of product management, demand, and/or supply management.
