We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our development team and contribute to the growth of our platform through feature development, enhancements, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and development of Txt2give and LTV Fund portfolio applications.
  2. Lead development efforts to support our mission to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing scalable software, adhering to the highest coding standards.
  3. Design and execute the full software development life cycle.
  4. Write well-designed and testable code.
  5. Collaborate with a third-party team of developers.
  6. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
  7. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
  8. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  9. Document and maintain software functionality.
  10. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  11. Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  12. Comply with project plans and industry standards.
  13. Ensure software is updated with the latest features.
  14. Perform other ad-hoc software duties as required by the business.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience with developing interactive, customer-facing applications and websites, with a focus on mobile texting.
  2. Software development foundations: solid software design patterns and scalable web service APIs principles.
  3. Experience with test-driven development.
  4. Proficiency in software engineering tools and ability to document requirements and specifications.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  6. 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
  7. Experience in mentoring junior developers.
  8. Experience in project management.
  9. Required Technical skills: Senior developer level experience in Ruby on Rails 6 and PostgreSQL 11.
  10. Additional skills: Redis, Sidekiq, Puma, Webpack, NodeJs, Heroku Stack, and Linux environment, Stripe: WordPress DevOps certifications are a plus.
