We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Coordinator to join our team at Jet Rescue. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of flight operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare flight quotes and itineraries as needed, taking into account customer requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, such as FBOs, fuel, and hotels, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Interface with customs and immigration authorities, preparing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in aviation, with a focus on flight coordination, operations, customer service, logistics, or administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe PDF, and other relevant software.
  • Mature, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
