Customer Service Lead Manager

As a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Avantor, you will lead a team of Customer Service Associates to drive productivity and quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enabling strategies, utilizing collaboration across the business and process improvement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on providing supervision and technical assistance to the customer service team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Customer Service associate performance to meet productivity and quality metrics/goals.
- Develop and implement training programs for Customer Service associates.
- Lead and participate in ABS process improvement initiatives, such as A3s, Kaizens, etc.
- Manage system failures and outages, working with IT and Customer Service teams to minimize loss of productivity and customer disruption.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3-5+ years applicable experience in a customer relationship type role; (sales, military, call center, etc.)
- 2-3+ years' experience with Avantor is preferred.
- 1+ years leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
