As a Finance Indirects Sr Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our transformation and digitalization efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and implement best practices across the region.

The Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a mid- to long-term agenda for sustainability in Procurement Finance, ensuring alignment with internal targets and collaborating with suppliers to implement end-to-end processes that drive exponential growth in the sustainability agenda. You will also work closely with subject-matter experts to develop tools and automation processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency across the region.

Your Impact:

  1. Develop and track a mid- to long-term agenda for sustainability in Procurement Finance, ensuring alignment with internal targets.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers to develop end-to-end processes that drive exponential growth in the sustainability agenda.
  3. Work with subject-matter experts to develop tools and automation processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency across the region.
  4. Guide the development of tools and processes to standardize input, throughput, calculation, output, and data visualization.
  5. Ensure timely adoption of PGT processes for the region, aligning with corporate standards.
  6. Perform benchmarking analyses to identify industry tools that can improve efficiency rates, NOPBT savings, and time reduction.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, engineering, economics, or administration. Key qualifications include:

  • BA in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Administration
  • Experience in similar roles and activities
  • Knowledge in Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Usage and knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerBI, SQL, and VBA
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Persuasive and focused communications to enable management decisions
  • English proficiency is a must
