Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Support the sales team with tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
