**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and guide mechanics on advanced tasks
* Ensure that all aircraft are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner
* Identify and resolve technical discrepancies using electronic test equipment, voltage/amperage measuring, and troubleshooting
* Coordinate materials and tooling requirements
* Schedule manpower
* Ensure that all aircraft documentation is completed accurately

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
* 5+ years of experience in Line Maintenance on Boeing Aircraft
* 1+ year of Lead experience
* Formal training on advanced systems/avionics on Boeing aircraft
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software and in use of digital manuals
* Strong work ethic and organizational skills
