Operations Analyst Role

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to contribute to our ongoing efforts in data improvement and operational efficiency. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing data processes to support our organizational objectives, ensuring an effective execution of vehicle movements and a quality service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily operations to guarantee quality service for clients and drivers
  2. Monitor driver strips and ensure the completion of trips according to terms and conditions
  3. Provide operational support to customers and drivers and resolve operational problems
  4. Monitor operations indicators and run analysis to gain operational insights
  5. Tackle main issues and define necessary processes
  6. Create and review operations processes and routines to improve internal operations and customer experience
Key Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year of operations experience required
  2. KPI and data-driven decision making using Excel/Google Sheets analytics
  3. Strong ownership and self-guided problem solving
  4. Stakeholder management/communication skills
  5. Graduated or in the last year of a course related to the position
  6. Advanced English and Fluent Spanish
  7. Basic knowledge in SQL programming, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Suite
