We are seeking an experienced Cobol Developer with expertise in ShellScripting to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Engineering Practice, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that prioritize customer/user experience.

• Design and develop software applications with a focus on customer/user experience.
• Contribute to the Technology Engineering Practice by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Drive adherence to standards and policies within the Technology Engineering area.
• Deliver and support applications related to infrastructure and architecture to optimize data storage and consumption.
• Design and develop applications for internal and external users, focusing on interface and front-end usability.
• Adept and implement security controls for the protection of internal and external systems, networks, products, and services.
• Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
• Provide support in post-implementation for resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service.
• Design and implement service resilience and service sustainability for all software solutions delivered.

• Excellent communication skills and B2 English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency skills in technical and specialized English related to the area and mentioned skills.
• Wide knowledge of the IT Development life cycle.
• Development in Mainframe platform.
• Knowledge in Cobol, JCL, CICS, DB2.
• Framework practices and ways of working such as Agile practice, SCRUM.
• DevSecOps, automation processes, and tools.
• Collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• Software Architecture and Design.
• IT infrastructure, platform, and DB SQL.
