Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of driving productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure proper product functionality.
- Use ERP systems and Excel analysis for inventory management, production planning, and other operational tasks.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Plan the use of human resources, including assignment of personnel and machine capacity.
- Monitor performance OEE and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity.
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations within the automotive suppliers industry
- Understanding of ERP systems and Excel
- Proven leadership abilities in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and team management
- IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications
