**Job Summary:**

This position will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) functions at the SMA plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Implement and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment guidelines to prevent accidents and non-compliance with safety and environmental legislation.

Guarantee a respectful and inclusive work environment through the implementation of policies, procedures, codes of conduct and internal regulations, based on labor legislation and human rights.

Ensure adequate personnel, training, and awareness in all areas to perform their activities effectively.

Ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits and salaries of all staff. Report payroll costs and expenses managed by Human Resources to Plant Management and the Finance department.

Prepare the annual budget of all expenses managed by Human Resources and explain variations compared to previous years.

Monitor the quality of cleaning, cafeteria, security, transportation, and medical services, ensuring staff concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Attend internal audits, customer visits, government visits, and meetings with associations and authorities applicable to the Human Resources area.

Implement and maintain the ISO 9000 Quality Management System related to Human Resources.

Monitor the performance of the Human Resources area through established indicators and report monthly KPl's.

Comply with the responsibilities defined in the HACCP system procedure to ensure compliance.

Keep the work area clean and tidy (5 S') and comply with necessary security measures to prevent accidents, environmental contingencies, and product safety.

Comply with ISO45001 Health, Environment and Safety guidelines and QMS guidelines (ISO9001-2015).

**Requirements:**

- 5 years or more in a similar position.

- Advanced English Skills.

- Knowledge of P&L.

- Financial information analysis and budgets preparation.

- Knowledge in Labour legislation, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights and Social audit requirements, as well in ISO 9000 and ISO 45000 requirements.

- Ethical and discreet.

- Proactive.

- Approachable and personable.
