Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Environment, Health and Safety Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHS strategies and programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. You will work closely with our management team to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide training and education to employees on EHS procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions to address EHS issues
- Monitor and report on EHS metrics and performance indicators
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Experience working in a manufacturing or electrical company
