Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct order processing and on-time delivery
- Generate and populate open order reports, sales reports, and other documents as needed
- Efficiently manage orders from entry to delivery, including post-order requirements such as credit, debit, and returns
- Monitor and maintain order information on customer portals
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Work in a team environment to achieve sales and margin objectives
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements, company policies, and procedures
- Maintain awareness of company obligations under Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Quality Management systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related position within the manufacturing industry
SAP experience preferred
Excel skills (basic to medium level)
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)
EDI knowledge preferred
Experience with basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and provide prompt follow-up
Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
We offer competitive compensation, estimated at $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
