Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new products that improve the lives of our customers. You will create aspects of form, aesthetics, and the interfaces between users and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop new products with a higher than average level of difficulty and complexity.
- Create aspects of physical and psychological interfaces between users and products, and with system compatibility where required.
- Establish a leadership role in the position of effecting a convergence of one or more final design approaches.
- Develop accurate, well-defined, and convincing verbal and written presentations of a comprehensive nature.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited school.
- Minimum 5 years design experience in a corporate or consultant environment.
- 3D Computer modeling skills.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Superior project management and planning skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to change as designs and processes improve over time.
