Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Personnel Administration Chief. This role will be responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credible relationships with front, mid, and senior-level leaders. They will also have the ability to apply sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations.

The Personnel Administration Chief will collaborate with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations Center, and Centers of Excellence to provide high-impact HR solutions. They will also conduct HR transactions, including orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, and serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Build credible relationships with front, mid, and senior-level leaders.
  • Apply sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations.
