**Job Summary**

As a Product Owner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the release of product features. You will work closely with the development team to identify customer needs, gather requirements, and provide guidance on business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the release of product features.
  • Identify and coordinate customer needs, gather requirements from stakeholders, and provide guidance on business processes to the development team.
  • As a Scrum Product Owner, you must be familiar with creating user stories, owning, and prioritizing the backlogs and translating business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team.
  • Drive the management of the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with Business stakeholders, Scrum Master, and development team.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines, status, and impediments if any.
  • Prioritize user stories according to business values and create backlog items for feature enhancement.
  • Work closely with other Scrum team/Product Owner to ensure consistency and quality in deployment.
  • Ensure backlog prioritization is aligned with stakeholder's roadmap and strategies.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on O2I enhancements respective to your product developments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify enhancements that will improve efficiency output and the user experience for users.

**Requirements**

  • Strong experience in SAP ABAP technical expertise, including knowledge on integrations with different systems and interfaces.
  • Good experience in understanding business requirements and ability to translate into user stories/product backlogs with defined functional and technical scope along with acceptance criteria.
  • As a Product Owner, leading the Scrum team, responsible for delivery of proposed feature to the client team in a precise and timely manner.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog items for assigned products. Review and validate the developed feature and functionality and demonstrate it to the client team.
  • Guide and educate the development team with all necessary technical/functional inputs.
  • Required strong program management, collaborative, and business communication skills to work on projects with cross teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate/interact with business teams to understand business problems and advise the right solutions and best practices.
  • Develop and prepare business presentations, functional demonstrations, and periodical status reports as required by project stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have: Professional Certification as Agile/Scrum Product Owner (PMPO).
