Job Overview:

The Pre-Qualification Specialist will be responsible for evaluating potential clients' eligibility based on their legal status and the specifics of their case. This role is crucial in determining whether clients have a viable path to obtain the legal documents they are seeking. The specialist will review client information, assess their eligibility, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for further case processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess client cases to determine eligibility based on legal criteria.
• Conduct initial client intake interviews, gathering all necessary documentation and details.
• Communicate with clients to obtain additional information or clarify details when needed.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all client information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case status.
• Provide recommendations to the legal team regarding the next steps based on the client's eligibility.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in legal intake, case management, or pre-qualification processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Knowledge of legal status requirements and immigration processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the legal industry or working with case processing teams.
• Familiarity with immigration or legal status documentation.
