Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bell Attendant to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
  • Assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property, and transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
  • Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed, and communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
