Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Director to join our team at R.S. Hughes Company, Inc.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary: As a Branch Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch location, including deliveries, cost, inventory, productivity, and sales goals. You will also coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve annual goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of transparency, disciplined problem-solving, high-performance work teams, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the appropriate team, tools, and processes are in place to support desired cultural traits.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the branch location, including deliveries, cost, inventory, productivity, and sales goals.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems; identify trends; recommend system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory or management role.
  • Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Able to work with large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Proficient in Office software: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
