You'll be responsible for guiding your team to handle risk-related user escalations, reviewing individual accounts and transactions to identify risky behaviors. This includes maintaining risk detection strategies and business rules that balance risk and customer experience.
Key Qualifications- At least 5+ years of direct people management experience in a risk or operations function.
- Experience with payments, risk, compliance, Terms of Service policy enforcement, or financial industry operations.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and drive strong operational delivery and process improvement.
