**Job Summary**
Cooper Standard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by designing and implementing test cases, documenting defects and failures, and providing feedback to our engineering teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test Development: Design and implement test cases to ensure customer specifications are met, and provide feedback to our engineering teams.
- Test Execution: Set up, program, and run test lab equipment, and troubleshoot lab equipment failures.
- Failure Analysis: Perform failure analysis on tests that do not pass test specifications, and provide feedback to our engineering teams.
- Documentation: Prepare test reports for external and internal customers, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data results through thorough documentation processes.
- Collaboration: Work with our engineering teams to ensure that our products meet customer specifications, and provide feedback to external customers.
**Requirements**
- Education: Four Year College or University Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Two to four years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, technical and analytical problem-solving skills, knowledge of statistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
