Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries, as well as verifying and tracking received inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Receive and process deliveries, ensuring accurate counts and documentation
  
• Verify and track received inventory, maintaining accurate records and reports
  
• Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in the facility, and deliver merchandise to the appropriate department
  
• Communicate with guests regarding received packages and maintain accurate tracking systems on all shipping and receiving transactions
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• No related work experience necessary, but ability to learn quickly and work independently is essential
  
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices preferred
  

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
