Dana, a leading global supplier of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, is seeking a highly skilled SSPEC Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our employees and the communities we serve.

1. Develop and Implement Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Systems: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety, health, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, current legislation, and industry standards.
2. Conduct Risk Assessments and Investigations: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
3. Develop and Administer Safety Programs: Create and administer annual safety programs aimed at improving comprehensive safety, environmental stewardship, and occupational health.
4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to identify and mitigate risks, and implement safety improvements.
5. Monitor and Report Safety Metrics: Track and report safety metrics, including incident rates, injury frequencies, and environmental performance, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in safety, health, and environmental management, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and implement safety improvements.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline.
