Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quimati. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate production orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Monitor transfer and ensure effective delivery.
  • Generate invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend to any mishaps that occur during shipment, including transportation, documents, and delivery.
  • Maintain high service levels and ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend and visit customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced English language skills.
