- Design and implement new work standards and processes to sustain improvement.
- Train and qualify colleagues on process improvement tools and techniques.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of MINITAB.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Analytical skills.
- Planning skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Black Belt).
