Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Center Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Fitness Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff in the pool area, as well as overseeing the operation of the fitness center.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the security and safety of the public in the pool area, ensuring their enjoyment and well-being.
- Carry out rescues as required and provide emergency assistance when needed.
- Operate and maintain all exercise equipment within the fitness center, ensuring they are in excellent working order at all times.
- Assist the Duty Manager in preparing and executing activities for the Open Air Pool, providing a high-quality service to pool users and visitors.
- Maintain the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain good public relations with all users of the fitness center facilities.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and practical skills in operating equipment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarize yourself with all equipment within the fitness center and introduce new activities and facilities to patrons.
- Ensure that staff working within the center are neat, in the correct attire, and ready to perform their duties at all times.
Requirements
- Life Saving Course certification
- 12th qualification
