As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge CRM solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This will involve collaborating with our Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to craft innovative architectures and define the scope of solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client requirements and designing effective solutions using the HubSpot platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects
  • Creating comprehensive documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models
  • Leading complex technology configuration projects and mentoring junior team members
  • Conducting technology audits and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Defining success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicating changes internally and to clients
  • Assisting with data migration projects and conducting quality assurance testing
  • Driving team certifications and providing technology training to internal staff

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Computer Science or similar technical qualification
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc)
  • Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc)
  • Sound knowledge of big data
  • Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Desirable to be fluent in Spanish
