Job Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including note-taking, organization, and scheduling.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Participate in meetings with other team members to take notes and facilitate communication.
  • Conduct research tasks and support low-level project management activities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to a C-suite executive.
  • Fast typing ability with a minimum speed of 55+ words per minute.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with data entry and CRM software.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack or similar.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.
  • Persistent and proactive attitude with ability to follow up on deadlines.
  • Curious mindset with ability to ask questions and seek answers.
Job Type:
