About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Order Management: Process and coordinate changes to product designs, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory, to facilitate effective change management.
  • Change Approval and Documentation: Prepare and manage change orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and approval from stakeholders.
  • Change Management Reporting: Develop and maintain change management status reports, providing visibility into project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Requirements and Compliance: Ensure that customer requirements are met while maintaining compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Administrative, Engineering, or similar field preferred.
  • Experience: 0+ years of experience in a similar role; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced English language skills; knowledge of 21CFR 820, ISO13485; experience with GDPS, Oracle Agile; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
