We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Collection Operations Manager to lead our collections team in Latin America.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for defining short- and long-term strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections. You will also monitor and measure the performance of collections strategies, controlling expenditure, controls, and efficiencies.
You will work closely with the Operational Excellence team to implement and support the implementation of new projects/initiatives, ensuring complete adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls surrounding collections activities.
Responsibilities- Define short- and long-term strategies to achieve KPIs related to collections
- Monitor and measure the performance of collections strategies
- Control expenditure, controls, and efficiencies
- Implement and support the implementation of new projects/initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of collections experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical skills
