Production Support
  • Align with Value Stream Main KPI's and ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles and customer requirements.
  • Design procedures, instructions, and training materials for Analyst Technicians.
  • Train and instruct production and technical personnel on quality procedures and standards.
  • Analyze and identify product characteristics deviated due to product/raw material variation to avoid/reduce metrics impact.
  • Define margin samples for quality criteria according to risk analysis and development confirmation product quality within material variation with development and PQA.
  • Evaluate risk on concession via quality procedures.
New Product / New Processes
  • Participate in the process to define, acquire, transfer, accept, validate, release, and install production process and equipment for failure analysis according to Bosch standards.
  • Fulfill APQP planning, including EWAK runs, Pre-PV's PV, and SOP.
  • Collaborate with MFE on projects and new releases.
  • Participate with Lead Plant / Development on manufacturing process definition, product handling, cycle time, hardware design, etc.
Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation equipment, including Oscilloscope, millimeter, frequency analyzer, counters, DSP cards, DATA Acquisition, Test stand, Lab view, Test sequencer, and Virtual Instrumentation.
  • Full knowledge of electronics, including Analog, Digital, communications Protocols: CAN, I2C, and Serial asynchronous and synchronous.
  • Vision system concept.
  • Handling and programming Scanners: Data logic, Cognex, Keyence.
  • High and low-level programming skills: PC programming C++, C Sharp, and related, oriented to object programming.
  • Computer Network skills.
  • Database programming and setup.
  • Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
