- Ensure that tools and equipment used in the work are properly calibrated and in good condition.
- Follow all instructions and procedures in accordance with manuals and quality standards established for chemical cleaning.
- Guarantee quality, safety, and continuous improvement within daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality, and HSE policies.
- Perform periodic inspection of equipment and tools before use.
- Keep parts without metal-metal contact, ensuring protection of engine parts upon entry, during, and at the end of the repair.
- Load and record horoquartz times according to tasks assigned daily.
- Report anomalies detected in loads to the supervisor.
- Ensure that material with an expiration date is within limits before use.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Document work in progress at the end of each shift to ensure continuity.
- Support and ensure completion of IGP-5's, Spot audit QRQC audit plan actions.
- Confirm completion of tasks each time execution is completed.
- Keep CPs in order and report expiration anomalies, non-readable labels, and non-legible security codes.
- Handle hand tools.
- Know cleaning equipment or similar processes.
