Your key responsibilities will include:
* Training and developing teams to complete business objectives and perform plant operating functions.
* Coordinating tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing, and more.
* Coordinating capital projects for process enhancement and to improve customer satisfaction, conducting research, and ensuring proper approvals.
* Coordinating the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
What You Have:
* University degree in Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in Welding and manufacturing processes.
* Conversational English.
* Technical knowledge in manufacturing, APQP, and GD\u0026T.
* Strong leadership skills and high performance to lead team members.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and human relations skills.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Details:
* Understanding of quality systems, engineering practices welding (desirable).
* Robot/Cobot programming (desirable).
* Manufacturing practices and project management (desirable).
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt Certification.
* This position will be located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
* \u003C20% of working time will be travel.
* Work from Monday to Saturday.
