Job Summary

To effectively support the business requirements and scope of work by the assigned functional area, ensuring current business processes are effectively supported by ERP. The ideal candidate will ensure the functional requirements are configured with opportunity for future enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze process gaps and establish best practices for business processes and transactions with global team lead.
  2. Ensure country business processes have no major deviation from corporate business practices.
  3. Configure functional requirements with opportunity for future enhancement.
  4. Develop and deliver functional training materials for end users.
  5. Train end users and prepare them for new ERP system.
  6. Evaluate business scenarios during integration testing with related functional area.
  7. Coordinate data clean-up and data mapping in the new system.
  8. Ensure smooth implementation with no interruption to business towards go-live schedules.
  9. Boost end user confidence in working with new system.
  10. Support and resolve operational issues without impacting business opportunity.
  11. Identify and strive for continuous process improvement with development plan.
  12. Participate in ERP upgrades and coordinate global enhancement of ERP with regional teams.
  13. Coordinate revision classes to gear up system knowledge for related end-users.
  14. Plan and conduct full training sessions for new hires throughout the year.
  15. Collate country ERP system's capabilities with Corporate and strive for best functionality towards management goals.
  16. Facilitate process changes for ISO procedures.
Requirements
  1. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  2. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  3. Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
  4. Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  5. Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
  6. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  7. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  8. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  9. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  10. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
